We love our customers and we want you to be happy with your new purchase :)

You are welcome to make an Exchange for sizing or a new item, or receive a Store Credit within 30 days of the purchase date. Our policy has been extended for holiday gift giving. Purchases made from Nov. 15 thru Dec. 31, 2021 > have until Jan. 31, 2022 to make an exchange or receive store credit. We kindly ask that the item is in its original condition, unsoiled and with tags attached. Once your return item is received in our store and we approve the condition, your exchange or store credit will be processed.

Giving Note:
We are happy to provide you with one-on-one help in making your exchange or recommending a new item :) Due to the "giving nature" of our compassion brand we are happy to give you a store credit to use on future purchases. Full refunds are not offered at this time.

Shipping Back Your Exchange:
Customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us and the exchange shipping fees. If you are shipping an item for exchange, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. SONflower Gal is not responsible for any lost returns.

Clearance Bin Merchandise:
All Clearance Bin Merchandise items sold are final sale. No refunds or exchanges.
