7-day return policy and a 14-day exchange policy.
*Which means after receiving your item to request a return or exchange (per the carrier notification delivered to us). *14-Day Exchange only for FUNraiser orders (see details below).
Note: *30-50% Off Items are Final Sale items. No returns or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Local In-Person Return and Exchange:

You are welcome to request an in person Meetup-Pickup for your return or exchange. We meet at the Fountains, Roseville CA with a pre-scheduled approved appointment time.
We are happy to provide you with one-on-one help in making your exchange or recommending a new item in place of a refund due to the "giving nature" of our compassion brand.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We do not accept returns or exchanges for Clearance, Flash Sales, Final Sale Merchandise, Seasonal, and Gift Cards (final sale).
Exceptions / FUNraisers - 14-Day Exchange Only.
Orders purchased thru the FUNraiser Partnership Program with your church, school, organization, etc. cannot be returned for a refund. 14-Day Exchanges only. This ensures the most funds raised are given to the cause as intended.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, we will process your exchange and ship your new item within 2-3 business days. Note: all items ship Standard Ground UPS. SONflower Gal is not responsible for any carrier delays.
Gift shop with no worries this season! Holiday Purchases made from November 13th - December 31st, 2022, have until January 7, 2023 to make an Exchange.
