You are welcome to make an Exchange for sizing or a new item within 30 days of the purchase date. We kindly ask that the item is in its original condition, unsoiled and with tags attached.

Giving Note:

We are happy to provide you with one-on-one help in making your exchange or recommending a new item :) Due to the "giving nature" of our compassion brand, we are unable to give refunds but we are happy to give you a store credit.

Shipping Back Your Exchange: Customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us and the exchange shipping fees. If you are shipping an item for exchange, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. SONflower Gal is not responsible for any lost returns.
