You are welcome to make an Exchange for sizing or a new item within 30 days of the purchase date. We kindly ask that the item is in its original condition, unsoiled and with tags attached.
We are happy to provide you with one-on-one help in making your exchange or recommending a new item :) Due to the "giving nature" of our compassion brand, we are unable to give refunds or store credits.
Shipping Back Your Exchange: Customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us and the exchange shipping fees. If you are shipping an item for exchange, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. SONflower Gal is not responsible for any lost returns.
